Delivery Charges

1. MunaCakes provides delivery on all orders from £20.00 and above to local area, however subject to a delivery time slot and drivers being available.
2. We provide free delivery up to 3 miles radius from CM2 0TR within Chelmsford. All other deliveries over 3 miles from our address will incur delivery charges.
3. Our standard delivery time is between 10am to 11pm. On standard delivery we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. The delivery slot can be any time between 9am to 10pm.
4. All timed deliveries are charged at £2.00/mile calculated on a journey from our postcode CM2 0TR. We offer a 2 hours window for all timed deliveries.
5. All delivery charges will vary depending upon your location and or time of delivery, also please note we reserve the right to charge additional fees for city centre locations ( ULEZ, Central Zone Charging etc.)
6. In case of delivery to any high-rise building or to an apartment block, please note we will only deliver to the ground floor.
7. We reserve the right to cancel any delivery.

All our wedding cake deliveries are free within 10 miles radius from our post code that includes cake set up as well (minimum order is £350.00). All other wedding cake orders outside 10 miles radius from our postcode will incur delivery charge based on the location as well as the size of the order. Transportation & Storage

In most cases a single tier cake can be safely transported by placing it on a flat surface in your vehicle. The cake will be boxed in a box that is, where available, the same size as the base board of the cake to prevent the cake from shifting within the box and damaging the sides of the cake.

Multitiered cakes are usually not boxed or transported as one piece, where the tiers are stacked on top of one another. They are generally transported as separate pieces, where tiers are separated by pillars and assembled at the venue.

Cakes with cake toppers or fragile ornaments should not be transported with the ornaments on top of the cake. Ornaments should be safely packaged in a separate box and attached to the cake when it is set up at the venue.

Please hold your cake box underneath with both hands and do not hold the sides as this will squash the cake! 

Please store your  fresh cream cake in the Fridge! 

Remove the cake approximately 1 hour before cutting and allow it to come to a room temperature in the box.

Please remove any toppers or non-edible decorations before serving. 

Extra slices can be wrapped in clingfilm and stored in the freezer for up to 1 month. Defrost the cake slices in the fridge!

All our cakes are made in an environment where wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, dairy, soya, Nuts and peanuts, sesame seeds are used!

We do not cater for eggless, dairy free or gluten allergy free cakes as our kitchen is not a certified allergy free work space.
