Can you make allergy-free cakes?
Unfortunately, we don't have the facilities to make allergy-free cakes at the moment.

Do you do eggless cakes?
No, sorry. We don't offer eggless cakes.

Do you deliver your cakes to London?
Yes, we do for orders over £100.00
(We do free delivery within 5 miles radius of CM2 0TR in Chelmsford/Essex. Deliveries outside this area will incur delivery charges.)

Can I choose different cake flavours for a two tiers cake?
Yes, you can!

Do you use alcohol in your cakes?
No, we don't use any alcoholic products in our cakes and bakes.

Are your products suitable for Vegetarians?
Yes, most of our products are suitable for vegetarians.

How far ahead should I order?
We recommend ordering cupcakes, brownies, sweet gift boxes and not large cakes at least two weeks in advance. For bespoke and special occasion cakes it's advisable to give us at least one month notice. Wedding cakes require as much notice as possible.

I haven't received my confirmation email. What can I do?
Your order confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received. Sometimes it may not be received immediately or please check the spam or trash folder. If you still have not received a confirmation email after payment has been made please contact us at munacakes@gmail.com

How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or amend your order you must contact us by email at munacakes@gmail.com before 9 pm on the day the order was placed. Your cancellation notice must quote your order reference number, your name, address, the name of the products ordered. Unfortunately, after this time it will not be possible to cancel an order.

Is my deposit refundable?
All deposits are non refundable.
